They are not good for their customers or for linux generally, they show a disregard for the laws regarding supply of goods and services and yet try to profit from this view of being socially conscious through their "made in USA model". Joined this sub because once upon a time I was interested in the Librem 5 project but Purism have just seemed to be a crappy company. Genuinely hope they fail as a business unless there are somehow redeeming answers to these criticisms. Really happy you got your refund OP, it's messed up that it was this hard or that it even required contact with the AG.
