Операторы иногда жалуются на звонки,которые обрываются в самом начале разговора - то есть оператор берет трубку-а там тишина и короткие гудки.
IPCC 5.0, в отчетах Historical reports видно такие звонки - они попадают в отчет Abandoned calls, в отчете видно,что данному звонку уже присвоен оператор из очереди, но видно что разговор длится 1-2 секунды. Такие звонки возникает иногда, несколько раз в день,не регулярно.
Кто умеет читать логи ipcc - подскажите, пожалуйста!

В логах IVR следующее:
Звонок доходит до такого момента в логах - я так понимаю,это трансфер до агента, у агента звонит телефон:

Но потом в логах ничего нет, взял ли агент трубку или нет - я так понимаю должно появится слово TALKING-такого нет. И следующие сообщения уже такие:

Не должно быть там никаког9о TALKING, нет вообще такого состояния.
Лог явно неполный.

Смотрела ссылку такую: http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Guide_to_reading_MIVR_logs_for...

Там видно,что после nsultCallObserver RINGING  должно появиться ConsultCallObserver TALKING - CallCtlConnEstablished, [52925::1/(P1-rmjtapi_1) GCID=(1,5336)->ACTIVE]->ESTABLISHED - если агент взял трубку.У меня в логах такого нет.

У меня,как в вашей ссылке, появляется
